Please use the online system when submitting maintenance requests.
Your work order request will be submitted to the campus principal who will send approved requests to the Maintenance Department.
New Users who have never submitted an online request before please register using the link below then select "Never Submitted a SchoolDude Request? Register Here!" (shown in the image below).
The account number should be pre-populated to say 403371303.
Existing Users
- Log in and enter all required information about your request.
- Enter the Submittal Password (workrequest) and click "Submit".
- You will receive communication about your request via email.
If your SchoolDude Log In Does Not Work
If you have submitted requests in the past but your login is not working, you DO NOT need to register but you may need to update your password. Follow the instructions below to reset your password.
- Click on this link: Go to Forgot My Password to Reset
- Select Forgot Password at the top of the page.
- Enter your email address and select Submit.
- The screen will now say “Your email is on the way! Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.” (The email could go to your spam folder so if you don’t see it, check there.)
- Open that email and click on the link it provides. Enter a password, confirm the password and select Reset Password.
- Go back to your original screen and enter your email address and your new password and select "Sign In".
- It will now take you to the screen you are used to seeing and you can enter requests.
- Enter all required information about your request.
- Enter the Submittal Password (workrequest) and click "Submit".
- You will receive communication about your request via email.

Each maintenance request has to be turned in separately. Example: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.

IN THIS MANNER THERE WILL BE A QUICKER RESPONSE TIME.
ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE LIGHTS OUT, PLUMBING ISSUES, ETC.
